The Nexus N-1 base units accept a mix of I/O modules on a shared backplane. This matrix shows which modules are supported by each base unit and the minimum firmware each requires.

Yes = supported on that base unit · — = not supported. Analogue-out and motion modules need firmware 2.4 or later. A base unit takes any mix of modules up to its slot count.
