CT-Series Current Transducer

Ordering guide · split-core & solid-core AC current transducers

Category
Electrical measurement
Model
CT-Series

The CT-Series measures AC current from 5 to 600 A and outputs 4–20 mA or 0–10 V for metering and load monitoring. Build a part number from range, output, core style and mounting, then order from the table below.

How to build a part number

100Range (A)
IOutput: I = 4–20 mA, V = 0–10 V
SCore: S = split, C = solid
How to read the code
  • Range: choose the value just above the highest current you expect (100, 200, 400 or 600 A).
  • Output: I for a 4–20 mA loop, V for a 0–10 V signal into a meter or PLC.
  • Core: S (split) clamps over an existing conductor; C (solid) is threaded during install.
  • Add -CAL for a NIST-traceable calibration certificate supplied with the unit.
