Pulse P-10 Wireless Vibration Sensor
Battery machine-condition sensor · magnetic mount
The Pulse P-10 measures vibration and temperature on rotating machines and reports over the mesh to a Pulse gateway. Mount it, pair it in the app and it starts trending in minutes, with no wiring and no shutdown.
Warning
Mind the moving machineFit the sensor with the machine stopped and isolated. The magnetic base grips hard, so keep fingers clear as it seats.
In the box
- Pulse P-10 sensor (battery fitted)
- M8 magnetic mounting base
- 2 mm hex key and thread-lock
- Quick-start card with the pairing QR code
Get started
- Screw the magnetic base onto the sensor and hand-tighten with the hex key.
- Clean the machine surface and place the sensor on a flat, bare spot near the bearing.
- Open the Pulse app and scan the QR code on the quick-start card to pair.
- Name the sensor for its machine and set the measurement interval.
- Confirm the first reading appears, then walk away. It trends on its own.
Check the first reading
- Sensor shows a green tick and a live RSSI bar in the app
- First vibration and temperature readings are plausible
- Measurement interval set (default 1 hour)
- Alarm thresholds applied from the machine template
