Subprocessor List
This page identifies the third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) that DataSheets Pro LLC uses to help operate the Service, as referenced in our Privacy Policy. A subprocessor is a provider that processes information on our behalf to deliver part of the Service.
1. Current Subprocessors
The following are the material subprocessors DataSheets Pro LLC currently uses to operate the Service. Each processes information only as needed to provide its function and under contractual data-protection obligations.
Supabase
- Purpose: managed database, authentication, and file storage that host the Service.
- Information processed: account and workspace data, and Customer Content (documents, products, brand assets, uploaded images).
- Processing location: United States.
Stripe
- Purpose: payment processing and subscription billing.
- Information processed: billing contact details and payment information. Card numbers are handled by Stripe directly; DataSheets Pro does not store full card details.
- Processing location: United States (Stripe operates globally).
Resend
- Purpose: delivery of our application email: the account welcome message, the short series of product-tips emails sent to new accounts (each with an unsubscribe link), and contact-form messages. (Account verification and password-reset emails are sent by Supabase Auth.)
- Information processed: recipient email addresses, first name, message content, and the account facts used to tailor and time the tips (plan, industry, role, primary document type, and counts of documents, exports, brand kits and products). Email opens and link clicks are recorded to measure the series.
- Processing location: United States.
Google LLC (Google Analytics)
- Purpose: website usage analytics for our public marketing pages.
- Information processed: Service Usage Data (page views and interaction data). It runs only for visitors who grant cookie consent and does not process Customer Content.
- Processing location: United States.
Vercel Inc.
- Purpose: application hosting and content delivery for the Service, and cookieless page-view analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) on our public marketing pages.
- Information processed: data in transit to and from the Service, operational logs and, only for visitors who grant cookie consent, aggregate page-view data (page, referrer, device and browser type, country). It does not process Customer Content for analytics.
- Processing location: United States.
Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.)
- Purpose: application error monitoring and diagnostics.
- Information processed: error and diagnostic data: IP address, user agent, the URL where an error occurred, and technical request context. It is not used to process Customer Content.
- Processing location: United States.
Browserless.io
- Purpose: server-side rendering of documents to PDF and image exports, when the hosted rendering option is enabled.
- Information processed: the content of the document being exported (Customer Content), sent to the rendering service for the duration of the export.
- Processing location: United States.
2. International Data Transfers
Our subprocessors process information primarily in the United States. Where a subprocessor transfers personal information across borders, it does so under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy and its own data-protection commitments.
3. Changes to This List
We may add or replace subprocessors as the Service evolves. Consistent with our Privacy Policy, where a Customer agreement requires advance authorization for subprocessors, we provide affected Customer contacts at least 30 days’ advance notice before a new material subprocessor begins processing Customer Personal Data. We keep this page current so it reflects the subprocessors in use.
