- Each published document gets a stable web link with a PDF download, ready to send to customers or print as a QR code. On Free, the shared page carries a “Made with DataSheets Pro” badge. Shared pages are never listed in search engines.

- Turn it on per document and your saved changes reach the shared page and its PDF a few minutes after you stop editing.

Pricing FAQ
What happens when I hit my active document limit?
Creating new documents is paused until you upgrade or remove a document you no longer need, but nothing is locked away. Your existing documents stay fully editable and exportable, so you never lose access to work you've already done.
What happens if I cancel?
Your documents are never deleted. At the end of the period you've paid for, your workspace moves to the Free plan, still editable within Free's limits, and exports carry the DataSheets Pro watermark again. Resubscribe any time to remove it.
Is there a free trial?
There's no time-limited trial. Instead there's a genuinely free plan. Start on Free with no credit card and no expiry. When you're ready for more, subscribe to a paid plan and you're billed right away; you can change or cancel any time.
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrade at any time: it takes effect immediately, prorated for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for.
What counts toward my storage?
The images, logos and other assets you add to your documents. We automatically optimize every upload, so it's the compressed, stored size that counts, not the original file you selected.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once for the year at a discount of at least two months versus paying monthly, and the exact annual price is shown on each plan card when you switch the toggle to Annual.
How do Team seats work?
Team is $99/month and includes 5 seats in one shared workspace, so everyone works from the same documents, brand kits and templates, with owner, admin and member roles and an audit log of who changed what. Need more than 5 people? Email sales@datasheetspro.com and we'll set up a plan that fits.
Do you offer SSO, an API, or a custom contract?
SSO/SAML, API access and an SLA are on the Enterprise roadmap (coming soon); unlimited usage and custom-designed templates are available today. Email sales@datasheetspro.com and we'll put together a plan for your organization.
