My image is too large
How DataSheets Pro handles big images, and what to do if one looks wrong or won't upload.
DataSheets Pro optimizes images in your browser when you upload them, resizing and re-encoding so files stay efficient. It even shows how much it saved. Still, a few things can trip you up.
If an image won't upload
- Check the format. Photos accept PNG, JPEG and WebP; logos also accept SVG.
- Brand-kit logos are capped at 2 MB. If a logo is larger, shrink or re-export it before uploading.
If an image looks too big or too small on the page
That's about display size, not file size. On the Product image block, set the Width (a percentage of the column) and the Alignment, and toggle Framed if you want a border. See Adding images and galleries.
