My document runs to too many pages

The page count in the preview is exactly what will export. If a document runs longer than you'd like, try these. The preview updates live so you can see the effect.

Give each page more room

• Reduce the margins in Page setup.
• Try a larger page size (for example Legal or Tabloid), or switch to Landscape for wide content.
• Lower the base text size in your brand kit or the per-document override.

Tighten the content

• Remove or hide blocks you don't need, because hidden blocks don't take up space.
• Check for stray Page break or Spacer blocks that push content onto new pages.
• Trim big tables, or split them; turn on Repeat header across pages so long tables stay readable. See Adding and editing tables.
