Text, lists and callouts
Headings, rich text, bullet and numbered lists, feature lists, checklists and callouts, and pasting from a spreadsheet.
Headings and paragraphs
- Heading: a section title. Choose a level (Title, Section or Sub-section) and optionally show an accent rule beneath it.
- Rich text: a body paragraph. Leave a blank line to start a new paragraph.
Bold, italics, underline and links
In a Rich text or Callout block, select some text and use the B / I / U / 🔗 toolbar above the field to make it bold, italic, underlined, or a link. URLs and email addresses you type are turned into links automatically. Everything you format shows the same way in the live preview and the exported PDF.
Lists
Several list blocks cover different needs:
- Bullet list: a scannable list; choose the marker (bullet, dash or none) and optional alternating row shading.
- Numbered list: ordered steps, like installation or setup.
- Feature list: bold feature names, each paired with a short explanation.
- Checklist: items you can tick or leave unticked.
Callouts
A Callout is a boxed note that stands out from the surrounding copy. Give it a title and text, and pick a tone: Neutral, your Brand color, or Attention. Use callouts for tips, important notes, or short warnings that aren't full safety banners.
